Shipping policy

Orders placed for shipping may be modified or canceled until the shipping service has taken possession of them, at which time changes and cancellations can no longer be accepted.


If a product shipped from Games Unlimited is found to be damaged or defective inside an intact package, we are happy to reach out to the manufacturer of the product on the customer’s behalf and make the situation right for our customer. Depending on circumstances, we may be able to ship a replacement, or the manufacturer may drop ship replacements for the damaged part(s) or a full replacement directly to the customer. Other solutions may be found, depending on the circumstances and the needs of the customer.


If, for any reason, the customer needs to return one or more items from a shipping order, we will offer a refund for the price of the product(s) once returned, but we retain the right to keep any paid shipping costs at our discretion.


Games Unlimited, LLC does not accept any liability for lost or stolen packages, or packages damaged in shipping. We will do our best to contact the shipping service on the customer’s behalf in case of a missing or damaged package, but once the shipping service has taken possession of the package, the liability is solely theirs.


Games Unlimited, LLC reserves the right to cancel any shipping order for any reason. Notification of cancellation will be sent to the customer in such a case, and a full refund will be made to the original payment method.
