Refund policy
If a product shipped from Games Unlimited is found to be damaged or defective inside an intact package, we are happy to reach out to the manufacturer of the product on the customer’s behalf and make the situation right for our customer. Depending on circumstances, we may be able to ship a replacement, or the manufacturer may drop ship replacements for the damaged part(s) or a full replacement directly to the customer. Other solutions may be found, depending on the circumstances and the needs of the customer.
If, for any reason, the customer needs to return one or more items from a shipping order, we will offer a refund for the price of the product(s) if returned within 30 days, but we retain the right to keep any paid shipping costs at our discretion.
Note that any products marked USED are exempt from this policy. While the staff of Games Unlimited make cursory inspections of USED games we do not guarantee their completeness. All shipped USED game sales are final and nonrefundable.
