The folder itself has a good deal of visible wear, creases, and so forth. Most notably, the folder has suffered a large water stain on the front. It is intact.
The gazeteer booklet inside is in good shape and clean, with minimal discoloration and normal rust on the staples. The maps are in very good shape, unmarked and with intact folds, but they have been celotaped together to form one large map rather than two separate map pieces.
